- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or as per the date stated on your gift vouchers.
- Expiry date on vouchers is non-extendable, vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.
- Specific voucher is valid only for it's stated value.
- Vouchers are the sole responsibility of the client, Janine Osborne Permanent Cosmetics does not accept responsibility for lost vouchers.
- At the time of reservation it is required for client to quote their voucher order number.
- Once bookings are confirmed cancellation policy will apply.
- Vouchers is non-convertible to cash nor can cash refunds be given for part redeemed vouchers.
- Voucher or Email Confirmation must be presented on arrival at Janine Osborne Permanent Cosmetics.
- Altered or damaged vouchers will not be accepted and booking will be charged at an applicable rate.
